nice lady at reception who explained all in a very good manners.

Very friendly staf, very helpful

Rooms are Tiny and shower is in the corner of the toilet

The room size was very small.

A receptionist but I forgot the name which is usually standing on right side desk in morning time. She assists me to go around the city very well. Thank you for your support.

It was near to train stations and bus stops

The area has some girls shops around. They don’t have a toilet in the reception

No bidet, baththub had a hole in it, windows are not reflective.

The staff were very friendly and accomodating. We requested for our room to be cleaned daily and they were very on point. They also answered our questions regarding the area forwardly which we appreciated very much. The room was very comfy especially for us who have a daily itinerary during our stay. It was spacious enough as well for our stuff and the free coffee & tea were fantastic. The location was alright for us, it gave us a good walking exercise for commute via train and it was fairly close to bus stations we can navigate. There were also a lot of food businesses around the area which were open just in time for breakfast and a little bit past your usual dinner time.

The bathroom is a bit small. The shower and toilet were close to each other so only one (1) person could really use it even if another has an emergency of sorts. But we're still thankful that hot & cold water are available and that they had completed toiletries.

Easily accessible on the East West MRT for an overnight break in my flights

The air condition unit does not adjust very well and water condenses in the bedroom wall. It is probably fixable

Simple and clean, what you get is what you pay

The area was a little far from the main attractions and you could hear everything from the surrounding rooms, very noisy

depend on the room that u get. the room is exceptionally clean at times

still smell smoking odour despite requesting for non smoking room.

I like the facility comfortable and the air conditioner strong.

Sometime when I check in TV spoilt,bottle one and forget some important things.

Flexible check-out time (we could stay until 13.00), the staff was friendly and I guess the price we paid was accurate for what we got.

The room was really small, and I mean extremely limited space. There was about 40 cm around the bed so no room left for our luggage. The bed was quite hard, not very comfortable and there were tiny little flies in the bathroom (I suspect because there was no air circulation at all and there was mould on the ceiling) and you could pretty much sit on the toilet whilst showering.

The hotel offered to keep our suitcases for free after we checked out because our flight was in the evening.
